Who we are
Established in 2004, Eaves Developments was a natural progression for Vivienne O’Brien. With more than 20 years experience in the Building Industry, she decided she would diversify and utilise her extensive knowledge, expertise and contacts to realise greater ambitions.Vivienne has a passion for the built environment and a dedication to supporting local communities and its trades-people. She combines this with a belief in sustainable homes and love of historic buildings. Eaves Developments seeks to maximise the potential of each project to provide spacious, quality homes with a difference by refurbishing existing homes in a sustainable way.
We are very proud of the quality work of all our refurbishments. All our rental properties have achieved very positive yields and all of the property sales have broken the postcode ceiling. In many instances, they remain unbroken!
