Future Projects
We are excited about the future of Eaves Developments. As well as continuing to breathe new life into existing residential properties we are looking to explore the possibility of providing a co-housing project in Hackney or Islington.Co-housing is an increasingly popular option in North European countries such as Denmark and also in the USA. Although currently prevalent in rural locations, we are keen to investigate how this model can be adapted to suit communities within inner city locations.
We believe there is a demand for this type of housing in London, encouraging the growth of a community that thrives through shared resources, has access to excellent transport links and benefits from a superb location.
Scarcity of land with development potential in Inner London means we are open to exploring the option of using existing buildings - residential, commercial or industrial, provided they are located within local communities with good local resources and transport.
