Originally constructed in the early Georgian period, the gracious family homes of the aptly named Paradise Row, looked out across the New River and open pastureland.

Despite being a Grade II listed building in a conservation area, the original Georgian roof structure has enabled Eaves Developments to discreetly install solar PV panels onto the roof in order to produce electricity for the residents own use as well as feed back into the National Grid.
