Established in 2004, Eaves Developments was a natural progression for Vivienne O’Brien. With more than 20 years experience in the Building Industry, she decided she would diversify and utilise her extensive knowledge, expertise and contacts to realise greater ambitions.Vivienne has a passion for the built environment and a dedication to supporting local communities and its trades-people. She combines this with a belief in sustainable homes and love of historic buildings. Eaves Developments seeks to maximise the potential of each project by refurbishing existing properties in a sustainable way to provide well-designed quality homes.
